About Core Speech and Language

The ability to communicate affects every aspect of our lives. It’s essential we nurture our child’s communication skills so they’re capable of expressing themselves. The more effectively they communicate the better their quality of life will be.

Starting from birth, children develop the skills they need to be able to make their feelings understood, to listen, learn and to forge friendships.

Sometimes, due to a variety of reasons, the ability to communicate does not come easily. Your child may then encounter difficulties that affect their behaviour, self-esteem, friendships, reading, writing, learning and understanding.

The team members at Core Speech and Language have all worked within the public sector for many years, and provide a wide range of fun and engaging activities for each session. We are adaptable and carefully tailor each session so your child is able to work towards meeting their personal objectives.

Your child will see the same Assistant or Therapist each time, giving them the opportunity to build a relationship so that they can fulfil their full potential.
